About Greg
Greg Poulsen is a long time resident, both as a vacation home owner and a full-time resident, of the Tahoe Donner community in Truckee. He has been in the Sales and Customer Service Industry for over 30 years. A well educated professional, Greg understands the ongoing changes in the Tahoe real estate market.

About Barb
Barb is a graduate of Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.  She has over twenty-five years of sales & marketing experience with organizations as diverse as the North Carolina Department of Folk Life, the Record Bar, and Twentieth Century Fox. 

She, her husband and young daughter made their move out West in 1999 in a camper, on the road for six months together, seeing the country.  After they settled in Truckee, Barb became the Executive Director of Truckee’s very own children’s museum, the KidZone. 

As her daughter outgrew the museum and began school, she has chosen real estate as the focus for her vast sales & marketing expertise.  She was the listing and marketing manager for a team of local agents for three years, and has chosen to join Blue Sky because of its professionalism and quality of service to its clients.  She knows how to effectively market homes for customers to achieve the best possible selling price and the fine art of negotiation in real estate transactions.  She works tirelessly on her client’s behalf, making the process as smooth as possible for them. Her love for the Sierras, compassion for people and professionalism will make buying or selling your mountain home a terrific experience. 

When not working, Barb enjoys cycling (both road and mt. bike), tennis, hiking, skiing and rafting/kayaking.  She and her husband own a white water rafting company, Rogue Klamath River Adventures, which operates in Northern California and Southern Oregon. 

Active within the community, Barb works with Truckee Elementary’s PTO and is a Founding Member of the local Community Foundation’s Queen of Hearts Fund, a broad-based local fund to promote Arts, Culture and Public Benefit; Education and Youth Development; Environment, Recreation and Animal Welfare; and Health and Human Services.  She’s a great resource for those moving to this area with children as she knows so much about this area’s vast resources for families.  Give her a call!
