Greg Poulsen is a long time resident, both as a vacation home owner and a full-time resident, of the Tahoe Donner community in Truckee. He has been in the Sales and Customer Service Industry for over 30 years. A well educated professional, Greg understands the ongoing changes in the Tahoe real estate market.
Greg’s approach to real estate is simple. His “Easy Exit Listing Agreement” seamlessly guides clients through the listing process, and his “Electronic Contract & Escrow Process” makes purchasing a home a breeze. With a background in the high tech industry, Greg brings an expertise in cutting edge technology, target marketing, and client services to the real estate business. His clients know they can rely on him not only before and during the sale, but often entrust him with keys to their vacation homes for years afterwards in case of any unforeseen emergencies. It is understandable how Greg Poulsen has made “Top Producer” for the last two years in a row.

Her love for the Sierras, compassion for people and professionalism will make buying or selling your mountain home a terrific experience.
When not working, Barb enjoys cycling (both road and mt. bike), tennis, hiking, skiing and rafting/kayaking. She and her husband own a white water rafting company, Rogue Klamath River Adventures, which operates in Northern California and Southern Oregon.
